March 15, 1998 - Ethan & Associates opens for business. Founded by Chet Hingle and is the only employee.
February 1, 1999 - Company hires it's first full time proven sales executive. His role is to aquire, maintain and develop new clientel.
March 1, 1999 - Company exceeds it's first year sales projections by 168%.
January 1, 2000 - Company is hired by Reed Business Information in Sutton, England to collect on their behalf. They are part of the worlds largest provider of information and launches Ethan & Associates into position to be hired by publishing companies worldwide. This positions Ethan & Associates to an even greater force inthe commercial collections industry.
June 1, 2000 - Company joins American Collectors Association. The ACA is instrumental is providing compliance information. Additionally, the ACA partners us up with vendors who provide much needed services to us such as E&O and Bonding insurance. Their memebership criiteria requires we abide by both legal and ethical laws of practice.
October 1, 2001 - Office moves locations, increasing from 120 to 1450 square foot of office space.
March 1, 2002 - Company hires it's first full time proven collections executive. Employees total 5
June 1, 2002 - Company hires its first full time office manager.
September 1, 2002 - Company is hired by LWCC to collect on their behalf. LWCC is the second largest provider of workmanscomp insurance int hestate of Louisiana.
April 1, 2003 - Company implements document imagining system. This allows the company to better manage all documents in a much needed client service industry.
August 1, 2003 - Company launches its first client interactive website. Clients can now place accounts and manage their relationship with Ethan & Associates on line.
September 1, 2003 - Company is hired by Labor Finders to collect their debt.
February 1, 2004 - Company is hired by Toyota to collect their debt.
June 1, 2004 - Telephone, computer and other systems have a major upgrade to accommodate a growing staff of 8
October 1, 2004 - Company is hired by RBI Construction, part of the Elsevier company, the worlds largest provider of information
May 1, 2005 - Company is hired by Cintas Uniform tocollect it's debt.
August 1, 2005 - Company purchases DebtCon, a new state of the art software to manage all aspects of the collection process.
March 1, 2005 - Company staffs its first Legal Department. Now clients options are not just limited to collections.
August 1, 2006 - Brian Laiche joins Ethan & Associates as its Chief Operations Officer. Brian a 14 year veteran of the collections industry. He began his tenure with Milliken & Michaels as an entry-level representative and over the years, rose to the position as Vice President of Operations its NCO Financial which he held for over 2 years. He is a great asset to Ethan & Associates.
August 1, 2006 - Frederick Casey joins Ethan & Associates as V.P. of Sales. Frederick began his career in the commercial collection industry in 2002 as an entry-level sales representative at Vericore. Shortly after his start he became the company’s highest producing account representative. Ethan & Associates has never been stronger in it's ability to market and apply its services.
October 1, 2006 - Company launches a major expansion of it's operations, moving corporate headquarters requiring an increase of office space from 1450 to over 4000 square foot.
January 1, 2007 - Company graduates it first class of sales recruits and elevates them to Account Managers.
March 1, 2007 - Company is hired by Cessna Aircraft Company to collect on their behalf. Cessan is one of the largest and most successful manufacturors of aircraft in aviation history.
May 1, 2007 - Company creates first time industry "Clients Sales Department". Agencies around the country begin to follow this lead, changing the way they market their own business.
July 1, 2007 - Company achieves a record sales month of over $1,001,400.00
August 1, 2007 - Company achieves a record $136,000.00 gross monthly revenue and an average yield over 16%
October 1, 2007 - Sales staff increses to 15 associates.
February 1, 2008 - State of the art phone call recording equipment is installed.
April 1, 2008 - Collections staff increases to 8. This gives plenty attentions to debtors, maximizing collection oppurtunity.
May 1,2008 - Company achieves record sales month exceeding $2 million.
June 1, 2008 - Company achieved record revenue month of over $200 thousand.
July 1, 2008 - Company partners with Experian Credit reporting
August 1, 2008 - Company institutes weekly remittance. Now clients receive their money faster than any agency can provide.
